The hosts at Hosking House were incredibly warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They even upgraded our room for the weekend, which was a wonderful surprise. The rooms were elegantly appointed and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious! The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main downtown attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet corner by the park. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this B&B to others.

The hotel has a prime location being very close to the city centre and right next to the park, which is perfect for a bike ride and recreational activities. the rooms and bathrooms are well-prepared and luxurious, with robes, nice quality toiletries, and a comfortable bath to soak. the guest lounge and breakfast nook are delightful too. a top-notch service with accommodating and welcoming hosts.

The view from the room might not be one of its best features, lacking sight of the city or the park.

Stylish and beautiful attention to detail. Location fantastic to access the city center. The hosts were super friendly, helpful, and respectful. They provided great recommendations for arty places, restaurants, and cafes. The walking trail was a boon to the city and somehow seems to bring it together!

The lavatory opened directly onto the bedroom which made it unsuitable for a romantic weekend away. the bed had an over-soft mattress which was uncomfortable to sleep on.

Warmly greeted, upgraded on arrival, sophisticated design, exceptional service, generous and delicious breakfast.

We had a great stay here! The hotel's location was perfect, just next to the park and within walking distance to the city centre. Breakfast was lovely and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Cleanliness was outstanding.
